Somewhere along the line, a grave medical emergency forced Monick to take a break from work (and pay) for 30 days.
During that time, she considered alternative options, finally settling on real estate. After ten years of building her portfolio, Monick decided that it was time to help other women like herself succeed in this oftentimes intimidating industry.
