Seth Williams started venturing into real estate investing in 2006, right at the height of the last boom. He spent hundreds of hours learning how to invest in real estate, the types of assets to invest in, and how to find and underwrite deals.

However, because of the fierce competition in 2006 and 2007, he wasn’t able to find any good fix-and-flip or rental property deals, even when he put in offers above asking price! As he continued to learn and explore potential avenues to get into real estate investing, Seth discovered a course on land investing, which would ultimately change the entire trajectory of his investing journey.
