Episode Notes

Wealth creation starts with optimizing your mindset towards the tool we call “money.” Have your money work for you as hard as it possibly can. Don’t be afraid of money. Put it to work.

A big mistake that business owners or investors make is “staying safe” when it comes to their finances. While maintaining caution over your budget is absolutely necessary, actually scaling your operation or portfolio requires you to reinvest as quickly and as creatively as you can on a consistent basis.

Yarusi Holdings co-owner Pili Yarusi talks to us about investing in real estate together with her husband, Jason. She shares her experience transitioning from small, local flips to out-of-state multifamily properties.

Pili was able to make this transition efficiently and effectively by focusing on finding creative ways to create refinance opportunities. She states that “each building is a business.” Throughout our discussion, Pili gives us the practical considerations that she and Jason always keep in mind as they continue to expand their real estate empire.
