You do not need to have a big amount of money or to be an expert in real estate to structure your own real estate syndication. The main goal of a syndication is to gather investors to buy a property. Aside from raising enough capital to purchase big apartment properties, there’s a lot of really interesting benefits attached to it! In a real estate syndication you are more investing in the management team rather than the asset, so make sure you do your due diligence not only to the asset but also the management team as well. In this episode, you’ll learn why you should invest in a syndication and what's in it for you!
